Parklife Oxford Street, run by Progressive Park Limited, places great importance on the safety of its visitors and endeavours to ensure that the high standards set by the company are complied with by all those at Parklife Oxford Street. We are only prepared to allow entry to Parklife Oxford Street to those visitors who are willing to comply with the regulations set out below.

We are sure that you will wish to assist us in ensuring Parklife Oxford Street and facilities therein remain a safe place in which to enjoy a fun and exciting experience. To assist in ensuring your safety, CCTV maybe in operation.

All persons entering Parklife Oxford Street are admitted subject to the following regulations. Any person (or the entire group) who does not comply with these regulations may be removed from Parklife Oxford Street by either Parklife Oxford Street personnel, representatives or Police Officers. This is without prejudice to any claim that Parklife Oxford Stree may have against such a person or persons arising out of their actions. Whilst on our premises, all visitors must comply with any instructions given to them by Parklife Oxford Street personnel or Police Officers.
Parklife Oxford Street reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to Parklife Oxford Street, ban from entry to Parklife Oxford Street, or remove from tParklife Oxford Street, without right to refund, any person or entire group who:

2.1. has behaved in or in the vicinity of Parklife Oxford Street in a manner which, in the opinion of Parklife Oxford Street, has, or is likely to affect the safety and enjoyment of other visitors or staff;

2.2. uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.
All persons entering Parklife Oxford Street must pay for admission or hold a valid admission ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by Security or Parklife Oxford Street personnel. Any person attempting to gain admission to Parklife Oxford Street or being found inside Parklife Oxford Street without a valid ticket may be ejected from Parklife Oxford Street. All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold without prior permission of Parklife Oxford Street. If Parklife Oxford Street reasonably believes that a ticket has been resold without such consent or purchased from an unauthorised source, the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from Parklife Oxford Street without payment of compensation. All admission prices are subject to change.
No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to Parklife Oxford Street unless they are accompanied by an adult, who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of that adult at all times.

4.1. Parklife Oxford Street, in its absolute discretion, may raise the age on an individual basis for the requirement of accompaniment by an adult should it be deemed necessary in the interests of safety and security.
Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in Parklife Oxford Street (except for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs) without the express permission of Parklife Oxford Street.
To prevent offensive weapons or dangerous articles from being taken into Parklife Oxford Street, visitors are admitted to Parklife Oxford Street subject to a condition that, if requested to do so, they will allow themselves and/or their belongings to be searched. It is prohibited to bring into Parklife Oxford Street any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles or other articles, which may cause injury. The throwing of any article which could cause injury or annoyance is strictly prohibited.

6.1. Any person found to be in possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be immediately escorted from the premises without the right to refund and be open to prosecution.

6.2. The entire group with whom the individual at 6.1 above is a member may also, at Parklife Oxford Street's discretion, be denied entry or escorted from the premises without the right to refund.
The consumption of intoxicating liquors is permitted only in authorised places. Accordingly, intoxicating liquor may not be taken into Parklife Oxford Street except with the express permission of Parklife Oxford Street and any persons found possessing alcohol, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol may be refused admission or escorted from Parklife Oxford Street. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Parklife Oxford Street.
Parklife Oxford Street will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for use by visitors. However, Parklife Oxford Street reserves the right to make available, close and/or change the programme of rides and attractions with or without notice if, at any time, it is deemed necessary or appropriate to do so.
All rides, attractions, amusements and other facilities must only be used in accordance with the operator's instructions.
Unnecessary noise, (such as that from the use of radio sets, mobile phones, video cameras and other electrical equipment) or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind is not permitted in any part of Parklife Oxford Street.
The climbing of or standing upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, ride structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited. Parklife Oxford Street reserves the right to prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any or any part of the grounds, fences, barriers, walls, ride structures, exhibits, fabrics or buildings.
Only persons authorised by Parklife Oxford Street are permitted to sell or offer for sale any items to visitors within the curtilage of Parklife Oxford Street.
Parklife Oxford Street accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage however arising whilst on our premises (including that which might arise as result of any breach of contract) including any distress, inconvenience or anxiety caused during the course of any ride or exhibit undertaken and/or during evacuation from such a ride or exhibit in the event of breakdown or fire or security precaution.
Admission tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if Parklife Oxford Street, in its absolute discretion, chooses to do so.
From time to time Parklife Oxford Street or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at Parklife Oxford Street which may feature visitors. By accepting these Regulations, you agree that Parklife Oxford Street or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Parklife Oxford Street or such authorised party (as the case may be).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in buildings, on rides and in queues at Parklife Oxford Street.
